Ask yourself – why did they have to attach this “bill” to a defense spending authorization for next year – and do it virtually in secret?

You need to understand the purpose and intent of this ‘hate crimes’ bill that they have been wanting to shove down our throats for a long time – and have now done so via stealth.

It isn’t about protecting against violent crime – it is about criminalizing thought and belief while biasing justice in favor of politically protected groups.

The intent behind this ‘hate crimes’ idea is to both criminalize thought and belief, and to silence dissent against those that have empowered this Marxist coup to have taken place.

The bottom line is that God and Morality has to be both redefined and remade and then the original biblical faiths driven from society while those that adhere to the bible are made criminals by the state.

Liberty, The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that protects liberty – originated as a gift from Christ and was anchored upon biblical principles. To destroy the Constitution and to eradicate liberty while replacing it with freedoms ‘granted by the state’ – requires the socialization of the Gospel and the criminalization of Christian and biblical thought, practice and belief in this country. The tyrants have already largely achieved this by promoting the debauchery and sin in this society.

Then that sin becomes protected and promoted by the state and the media.

Then any opposition to sin becomes a crime.

Then liberal Christians are deceived and compromised into adopting the Socialist gospel that empowers the Marxists by remaking the Christian faith and deceiving them into accepting sin and abominations while at the same time joining with the Marxists to wage war on biblical Christianity from within their pews and from within the community itself.

Such is the intents and purpose of the Red Letter Christian movement and the World Council of Churches that are part and parcel of demanding Christians remain silent and support both the Marxist coup and the very machinations of the destruction of liberty in society. They do this while screaming at the top of their lungs that they are the “true Christians” while the rest of us are ‘deceived’ and essentially use the Sermon on the Mount as the justification to support Socialism in both the country and the church.

These are the people who are now preaching that the Religious Right have “hijacked Christianity” and cite the Right’s opposition to abortion and homosexuality as the worst sort of grievous sin only surpassed by supporting the military or the war on Jihadists.

Because this movement is tied in directly with the Marxists and the Politburo in power – persecution of Christians will be most solidly engineered from this group.

And this group is solidly behind this “Hate Crimes” law.

How will it affect the TOL?

What effect did the Intolerable Acts or the Blockade of Boston or the British Invasion at Concord and Lexington have on the Sons of Liberty?

Some died. Some were imprisoned. Some lost everything they had. All of them fought back with the gifts and talents they had to offer on the altar of liberty.

These new laws are so fluid.

Someone would have to having read a post by anyone on this forum go out and specifically commit some act resulting in violence (or perceived as threat to an individual, this is where it get’s very gray) and then the intent of crime would have to be tied back to that post… or another scenario, someone (non-participant) would have to talk about the post to another person, and then that second person go and commit some act.. you get the picture.

I imagine everyone that posted on that topic including the forum owners who allowed it could be blamed and made accountable.

And there are so many different scenarios that could be conjured up.

The only way to not run afoul of the laws is to keep ones mouth shut and be completely compliant and 100% politically correct at all times. Are you game for that? Believe that anyone who ever posts or reads this forum will be even if it was concensus?

This law was Pandora’s box and it is now open.

Do you know that Focus in the Family has to completely whitewash it’s Canadian broadcasts because of laws like this, well now.. it’s home as well.

boston.com featured an article called Democratic candidates suffer from ‘Obama hangover’ which I found interesting and the comments were even more so as they reflect the American public’s growing unhappiness with the current administration’s neo-Marxist ambitions to remake the U.S. into something we Americans don’t like, want, or intend to accept. Here are a few of the comments:

Gotta love the boneheads still defending The One and suggesting the right is bad and somehow to blame for the crappy job this administration is doing. The only Democrat candidates running from The One are those who actually hear the people and it’s the people that hire and fire government. The health care bill will be the final straw for the 2010 mid-terms. The numbers are against the Democrats on this one… they’re basically answering to ‘moveon.org’ – go look at their agenda this year, it’s health care. Problem is – for all the 5 million members of moveon.org there are approx 132 million potential voters. If the 132 million lean to the right just a little bit then moveon.org will lose. That is, unless Democrats are counting on the illegal alien vote… “Ram it down my throat in 2009 (health care), and I’ll ram it up your ^&## in 2010″

We are witnessing the loss of home values, frozen credit lines, the loss of savings for retirement and college education, rising unemployment, exploding deficits, mounting national debt, almost certain tax increases, problems at Freddie and Fannie, looming insolvencies in Medicare and Social Security, the duel threat of hyperinflation and higher interest rate to tame it, and, last but not least, our nation’s rapidly declining creditworthiness, which will inexorably hand our national security gonads to the Chinese when push comes to shove in the not too distant future.

We are all affected by these disturbances.

The historically low approval ratings for the Congress, the President, and the mainstream media reflect a cynical distrust of Washington that is rooted in these dismal facts of reality.

At what level does the actions of a President

rise to the point that he is not meeting the oath of office, to wit “support, uphold, and defend the Constitution of the United States”? We presently have a President who has surrounded himself with a “cadre” of czars that are avowed and bold in their hatred of America. They have almost to a man/woman written “scholarly” works in which they have envisioned various points at which the Constitution could or should be abrogated. To what end do “We the People” react to policies, and actions from this administration that are clearly opposed to the principles upon which our nation is grounded?

I can hardly believe that the black Muslim movement that has been watched by both Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies for decades is now in the white house. Incredible. Glen is right on when he asks where is the FBI, what the hell is going on.

Both Oakland California and the Southside of Chicago are sewers of evil and deceit. We have really come a long way, down that is.

All of the evil that our Fathers fought against in the 40’s and 50’s are now the norm and in the white house.

The fear on the street is palpable. Ever since the election of Barack Obama as President of these United States in November 2008, coupled with the election of a democrat party majority in both the U.S. House and Senate, concern for the United States and personal safety has ignited like a fire in dry grass.

Sales of guns – black guns, rifles, shotguns and handguns (particularly 9mm) everywhere, have gone through the roof. AR15s have literally flown off of dealer shelves, and only now in the spring of 2009, have I seen the display samples of ARs begin to reappear on the wall of my favorite shooting emporium after the initial post election rush.

Manufacturers of ARs are still working to catch up and some of the major suppliers are as much as 150,000 guns behind. Not only that, ammo is in the shortest supply I have ever seen in the 43 years of my shooting life. Have you recently tried to get 5.56mm, 9mm or even 380 ammo?

Supplies of 5.56mm and 9mm ammo are in short supply due to the black gun buying craze; .380ACP because of the rise in people getting concealed carry permits and the resurgence of interest in convenient 380 handguns like the fine Ruger LCP. In fact, in doing a review of the Ruger LCP, my gun store only had a small supply of ONE .380 round on hand, the Winchesters 95-grain SXT, which they had just gotten in. Unfortunately, I had to do a 30-round review of that pistol. There was none other to be found.

What is odd about this new fear is that it is not coming from the average citizen gun owner out there, but it is coming from what to me is an almost shocking source: street cops.

Street cops and SWAT cops that I know from various agencies – rural, suburban and metro – in my area are scared. Cops that before November 2008 never gave much thought (that I knew of anyway) to politics or more importantly to gun rights. For the most part, these are the guys that didn’t generally have any interest in shooting or gun ownership beyond keeping track of where their duty gun is, and a few of them didn’t even do that so well.

The guys I am talking about now are some of the same guys who used to not even carry off duty on a regular basis- but not anymore. They don’t scare easily, defenders of the Constitution of this State and the United States (as our oath of office reads), have been buying ARs, survival gear, and all the ammo they can lay their hands on. All of them (or I should say “us”) have been discussing and have been acquiring guns to provide a layered perimeter defense.

What are we suddenly so afraid of? Well in our discussions it seems to boil down to four areas.

First, fear of federal government intrusion into our lives. Every time I look at or listen to the news, there is something new and intrusive coming out of the Obama administration and this Congress. New tax schemes, government-run Canadian-style healthcare, a volunteer citizen defense force (whatever that is, what happened to the National Guard?) equipped with funding similar to our military, forced voluntary “service” after retirement, a lack of a southern border with hordes of illegal and criminal aliens pouring over our border, the swine flu scare as well as government forced closing of thousands of privately held Chrysler and GM dealerships, which will be the final nail in the coffin for these companies and the list goes on and on.

But these items in the news are just the tip of the iceberg. We can’t see the full impact of these actions yet, but we don’t know what was added into the thousand of pages of stimulus package bills in the dead of night yet. I predict however that when the plans contained in the stimulus packages go into effect, a lot of us are going to be surprised if not shocked by what has suddenly and sweepingly changed.

What also scares us is the second, well-founded fear that there is an assault weapons ban looming, one that would make the Clinton Ban appear like a look of disdain in comparison. I remember well the 1990s and the Clinton years: the rise of militia groups, the “black helicopter” rumors and paranoia, all of which was motivated by the Brady Law and the Assault Weapon’s ban. What if a new ban comes requiring registration or confiscation and turn-in of banned weapons as what happened in Australia?

…I foresee much civil disobedience coming down the road. Americans are citizens, and not subjects like the British, Canadians or Australians. They just don’t always obey the law blindly and not one officer or citizen that I spoke to said anything like “I hope I get to keep this gun for awhile before they are banned; They are fun to shoot, so I would hate to give it up.” It isn’t going to happen, so the cop on the street and the soldier on the base needs to think now what he will do if the orders come down. I think you all get what I am saying here.

Which leads me to the third fear, that there is a revolution coming, yes, a revolution on the scale of the original American Revolution. You can hear this topic discussed on many of the talk radio shows by even the big name hosts. The possibility of an armed revolution against the U.S. government being discussed, albeit very gingerly and fleetingly and as something to be avoided, which it is. I never heard this mentioned in the 90s. One of my quietest, low profile officer friends brought it up the other day.

He said that at some point in the near future, he felt there is going to be an armed revolt if things keep going the way they are. Something has got to give. I was shocked. Yes, I had heard this from some of my more radical cop friends in the past, but to hear it from a guy like this was unprecedented. Now, these guys are not saying this will happen to foment revolution, preach sedition or to even participate. They just want to be ready if it happens, to at least defend their families, because number four on the fear list is general societal chaos.

Cops fear for their parents, wives, children or grandchildren more now than ever before. Most cops are encouraging their spouses and loved ones to get concealed carry permits. Not only that, but some of these same cops are buying gun mounts for their personal cars so they can carry an AR in the family ride at the ready all the time. They are also strapping on heavier forms of off-duty hardware. I have other friends that are issued ARs or subguns for tactical team use, who always have their gear with them and are planning on just commandeering these weapons for personal use in defending hearth and home.

Final Notes

This is pretty heady and maybe even dangerous stuff. Know fully that I am not advocating anything here. I am reflecting to you what I see and hear going on around me, and maybe saying things that haven’t been said in the open, until now. It is something to think about.

For those who voted for “change,” well we are seeing more change than we ever thought we could. And the changers have control of the government, the police and the military. We still have God, guns, ammo, and good sense.

Swimmers are told to wear burkinis

British swimming pools are imposing Muslim dress codes in a move described as divisive by Labour MPs.

Under the rules, swimmers – including non-Muslims – are barred from entering the pool in normal swimming attire.

Instead they are told that they must comply with the “modest” code of dress required by Islamic custom, with women covered from the neck to the ankles and men, who swim separately, covered from the navel to the knees.

The phenomenon runs counter to developments in France, where last week a woman was evicted from a public pool for wearing a burkini – the headscarf, tunic and trouser outfit which allows Muslim women to preserve their modesty in the water.

Once, I thought the idea of Islam dominating the world was tin foil. But about a year ago, I realized it was true, and how it was going to be thrust upon us, and this article is a perfect example. It will be legislated upon us, in the name of tolerance and hate.

When their numbers get up between 5 and 10 percent you begin to see them demanding their rights and wanting their laws enforced and their own courts. When you get a majority population of Muslims you get beheadings of Christians, no conversions allowed away from Islam, complete Sharia Law, you get a satanic disaster like we are seeing in Africa and in Saudi Arabia and other Islamic nations.

England can kiss itself goodbye if they the spread of Islam through its culture and its courts. Stable governments and Islam do not keep company for very long. Whispered questions about Prince Charles possible conversion to Islam have been asked for several years now. Can you picture Camilla in a burquini?

Obama is encouraging Muslim immigration into the U.S. It is not widely talked about but stimulus money is going to resettle Palestinians here in America. Millions of your tax dollars.

And do you think they would have special swimming for the Amish? How much outrage would be stoked if there was a “special Christian swimming session”?

The Obama White House is abuzz with talk of witchcraft by first grandmother, 72-year-old Marian Robinson, who lives in the White House residence. A close friend of Michelle Obama says the president is furious at his mother-in-law after learning that she was practicing Santeria, an African spirit cult, in the White House.

We’ve a president we suspect by reason of his actions and speech is pro-Islam, anti-Israel and doesn’t know enough about Christ, the Bible and Christianity to be considered one. Now his mother-in-law is having voodoo priestesses come into the White House for ceremonies.  Has anyone checked out back the White House to see if they are raising their own organic goats and chickens to sacrifice? What an example to set that would be! What an example to set it is already!! May God forgive us for electing someone like this to lead our country.

Passed this sign the other day in Macclenny, Florida and thought you’d appreciate seeing it.

It ought to make us all proud as Americans when we see people stand up against this proposed legislation that goes against the grain of freedom and choice. Like this good citizen is doing by displaying the sign. One sign probably equals 50,000 people’s opinions who don’t happen to have signs up.

Better stand up now and let your voices be heard because you are already being labeled as “fringe malcontents going against a righteous effort to help those less fortunate.” You, who are trying to get answers and let your voice be heard, are being branded as “swastika wearing” zealots by Pelosi and as “not representing America” by the likes of Arlen Specter. You are being labeled as “right-wing extremists” by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Department of Homeland Security.

Yeah, you better let the Administration know that you are the majority, middle America, Republican, Democrat and Independent voters that will vote them out the next opportunity you get.

And you will get it.

If they don’t try a “false-flag” attack on us and declare Martial Law.

Did you know Bush, Jr. signed an executive order stating the President can declare martial law and that Congress cannot question it for a minimum of 6 months? Scary, isn’t it.

So call ‘em, write ‘em, email your Congressman. And put up a few million signs as it encourages the neighbors to speak out. And it scares the socialists when they realize that we still think for ourselves and know that we are still free men and women. And intend to remain free.

What would happen if we contacted advertisers that pay for the main-stream media (MSM) to be on the air and told them we, as a country, will not buy their products until they stop funding the MSM’s blind support of the current administration.

Journalism, as we have always known it, is dead! “Tingling legs” is not what we want our reporters to feel; they should be suspicious of those in authority. They should be our watch-dogs. They should be guardians of freedom not supporters of the current regime just because they love and adore someone who has made it into office.

Thank God there is the Internet to spread news and information because without it there would be nothing but one giant propaganda machine shoveling us our daily news.

What have we got to lose? Let’s attack with our purchasing power. We have a lot more power to effect change than we realize.

Think the health care legislation is about health care? In an earlier post, I warned these measures are about the government gaining more power over us and our lives. It has less to do with health than control.

The devil is in the details. That is why they wanted it “rahmed” through Congress without even a chance to be read and understood… by the American public.

Are we to assume the state’s mediators would understand every parent’s social or religious core values on parenting? Or would they teach some secular-progressive and religiously neutered version of parental values and wisdom? And if they were to consult and coach those who expect babies, would they ever decide circumstances to be not beneficial for the children and encourage abortions?

As pundits and politicians scurry to explain, or explain away, the declining popularity and poll numbers for President Obama, the Democrat-dominated congress, and their Leftist policies intended to “re-make” America, many are missing the most obvious potential explanation. The ideas and pieces of legislation being suggested, from cap-and-trade to socialized medicine, are really bad ones and stem from a misguided worldview.

Barack Obama and his administration are starting to suffer from the inevitable impact of years spent sitting at the feet of radical mentors who held distorted views of economics, politics, and morality.

Let’s call Obama’s plans for us what they are: Unworkable, bad, destructive socialistic and even fascist paths America cannot take and remain a first world country. Obama will take us to the full implementation of rerum novarum faster than the Jesuit’s ever thought possible IF we give him his way.

Remember this from an earlier posting I made:

Their aim is to destroy any country that is a Protestant nation and replace it with chaos in the expectation the Royal Catholic Church can eventually pick up the pieces. Add the Jesuits to Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, throw in George Soros, (I can’t call him Reverend) Jeremiah Wright, cousin Odinga of Kenya, Tony Rezko, and Michelle Robinson Obama and you get influences that yield a radical far left agenda thoroughly mixed into the corrupt Chicago political machine wrapped in a layer of Black Liberation Theology/Islamic Sharia law/black panthers. Throw in some racial hatred. Besides these influences, who knows what other crazed nut job’s knees he has sat at and learned? Is there anything reasonable in his background reflecting normalcy, any influences he had that were good?

Well, Barack Hussein says he is a Christian. Let’s see what Obama has to say about that:

We sure took a chance when we elected him and now we are realizing the odds are against us getting our country back from him intact. Some things you just don’t gamble on, like your children’s futures.

And to think we don’t approve of his policies because he is half-black. Tired of hearing “rascist!” as a retort to honest political discussion and dissent? Americans do not approve of Obama because he is just plain WRONG on about everything! His policies can do nothing but destroy all we hold dear. PERIOD. Our disapproval to his plans for us have nothing to do with race but his minions will do what has to be done, obscure any fact, long enough to enact his, and “their” agenda and destroy this country.

The upcoming elections in 2010 will make elected officials in Congress more likely to respond to their constituents opinions, views and out-right demands. We should all make our opinions known to our Congressmen and Senators.

Members of Congress find themselves in a high-pressure zone: Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel are putting the squeeze on them to pass their bills promoting the administration’s radical far-left agenda. But, and here is the “hard place,” these politicians are up for re-election next year and are realizing that voters might not let them reboard the Congressional gravy train.

Members of our Congress have to remember they are OUR elected representatives. The fact that many of them are now trying to hide from their constituents to keep from hearing angry opposition to the deathcare bill shows how heavy the pressure is from the administration. Many of those in Congress have developed political skills over the years. They learned how to glad-hand voters and say what we voters want to hear BUT many of them never really learned to stand up to pressure against wrong and do the right thing. They learned a relativist view of reality: Today’s truth, for them, is what it takes to get re-elected. Truth, justice, right and wrong take back seats when it comes to getting votes.

So it is going to come down to who is going to influence them the most, Barack’s thuggish Chicago-style political machine or the voter’s in their home districts?

Our only hope is that voters can convince them that saving their own futures in politics is the most important issue in their public service lives.

We, the voters, will NOT forgive them for destroying many of the freedoms our forefathers, our fathers, brothers, husbands fought and died for. It is our duty as Americans to keep these and all our freedoms intact for the next generation to have.

Politicians in power right now want to damn us to an existence in a socialist morass but we Americans still have the ballot box and the right of free speech to influence our elected officials with.

Right now, in 2009, a silent and apathetic citizenry can be assured of slavery, poverty and despair will be coming around the next corner if they do not speak up and demand members of Congress do the right thing. Call them, voice your opinion. Tell them what you expect of them. Remind them they work for you and not the Chicago political machinery that is pressuring them. They have to remember that voters can and will apply the real pressure on them during the next election.

Right is right and wrong is wrong

We just need to remind them of what is right and that this proposed changing of everything that works in America, everything that makes us great, is wrong and will not be tolerated. Remind them that 2010 elections are just around the corner and we voters will long remember what is happening now, how they behave and how they vote!

The Administration is trying to silence Americans that do not agree with his plan to eliminate the best health care in the world. They want us to turn in to flag@whitehouse.gov anybody who disagrees with the plan and are talking about it or sending emails to others about it. Does the administration think they can stop opposing viewpoints in America?

What Americans are just beginning to understand is that this has little to do with health care.

What the Democrats are doing is a major power grab and will eliminate many of the freedoms Americans enjoy today. America is about having the right to choose for yourself how you will live your life. It is not about letting government officials or bureaucrats decide for you. If we wanted that kind of lifestyle we could go live in a country under Sharia law where Islam reigns over the peasants. Can you name one prosperous country controlled by a governmental bureaucracy? No, I didn’t think so.

HEALTH Care Bill? Whose health are they concerned about?

They don’t give a damn about your health. You can know this because they want the government to pay for abortions and they want the old and “useless feeders” to go ahead and die and not soak up health care dollars. (Oh, the “useless feeders” wording comes from Henry Kissinger, it is not my language.)

So we can know this to be true: Life is NOT precious to them, at least not our lives. They probably find their own lives to be very precious. As Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel (Rahm’s brother) rates the most important to receive health care to be those between 15 and 40. The rest of us, well…. There is the counseling session for the elderly every 5 years on dying and getting out of the way.

You have to dig to find out what they are really getting at with this legislation because the reality of what they are planning is so brutal that they are not just going to tell us the ugly truth. Not until they get this legislation rahm’ed through and it is securely in place as the law.

Pg 30 Sec 123 – THERE WILL BE A GOV’T COMMITTEE that decides what treatments/benefits you get.

Pg 42 – The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your HC Benefits for you. You have no choice!

PG 50 Section 152 – HC will be provided to ALL non US citizens, illegal or otherwise.

Pg 58 – Gov’t will have real-time access to individuals finances & a National ID HealthCard will be issued!

Pg 59 Lines 21-24 – Gov’t will have direct access to your bank accounts for elective funds transfer.

PG 65 Sec 164 – Is a payoff subsidize d plan for retirees and their families in Unions & community orgs (ACORN).

Do they just want another source of money to waste like they did Social Security?

Here another possibility: They need a new money stream coming into the government to squander… just like they have diverted Social Security money we pay in to fund other government “projects” all the while leaving the money’s intended purposes unfulfilled. Now Social Security is broken.

If we change health care, pay into the single-payer system – the government – and if they misspend our health care dollars on other projects like wars, new Congressional jets, higher Congressional salaries, etc… there will be $0 to little money to spend on our health care. TALK ABOUT RATIONING! There will be nothing left over to ration. And you can bet Congress will still have top-of-the-line healthcare with every possible healthcare issue covered with a $10 co-pay. Nothing is too good for American legislators… now if they just felt that way about the American public!
